Questions, answered

How much does it cost?
Plans are sized to your events — a single community meetup and a year-round series are priced differently. Contact sales at hit@eslingshot.com and we'll fit the right plan to you.
Do my attendees need to create accounts?
No. They register from your event page and everything else — their ticket, the QR code, cancelling, feedback — works through secure links in their email.
Does it work for online events?
Yes. Set your event as online or hybrid and add the meeting link — it's only revealed to accepted attendees in their acceptance email and ticket, never on the public page.
Can I run a weekly or monthly series?
That's built in. Create a series like "Demo Day — every Saturday", and upcoming dates generate themselves. People can follow the series and get an email whenever a new date opens.
Can my team help me manage an event?
Yes — invite as many co-admins as you need per event. They get access to registrations, check-in, emails and the agenda.
Is Arabic supported?
Fully. Event pages, tickets and feedback forms are bilingual English/Arabic with proper right-to-left layout.
